The Closing Collection
By Cellar and Canvas
A Closing Gift They Actually Get to Choose
Give your clients an art credit toward original artwork for their new home—without having to guess their style.
A Closing Gift, Reimagined
The Closing Collection by Cellar & Canvas gives Realtors a more personal alternative to traditional closing gifts. You choose the amount of the art credit, and your client chooses the art. We handle the curation from there.
An Elevated Closing Gift, Effortlessly Delivered
A closing gift should feel as considered as the relationship behind it. The Closing Collection offers a refined alternative to traditional gifting—one that feels personal, distinctive, and thoughtfully tailored to each client.
You select the art credit. Your client shares their style and preferences. Cellar & Canvas curates a private selection of original artwork chosen with their home in mind.
The experience feels bespoke to your client, while remaining seamless for you.
A distinctive alternative to traditional closing gifts
Personally curated around the client’s style and space
Flexible art-credit amounts for different transactions
No need to select artwork on your client’s behalf
A concierge-style experience managed by Cellar & Canvas
A lasting piece for the home that keeps your gesture memorable
Curated, Not Overwhelming
The Closing Collection is designed to feel personal from the very beginning. Rather than asking your client to sort through hundreds of pieces, Cellar & Canvas first learns about their style, space, color preferences, and the type of artwork they’re drawn to.
From there, we curate a private selection of approximately 5–8 currently available works chosen specifically with them in mind.
The result is a more thoughtful, concierge-style experience—one that makes discovering original art feel approachable, personal, and enjoyable.
If the first collection doesn’t feel quite right, we can refine the selections further based on their feedback.
